Hong Kong and that much closer
We're in our hotel room in Hong Kong - a familiar haunt. We dropped our bags and headed straight to Happy Garden Noodle andCongee Kitchen. Seriously, that's it's name. We had steamed bok choy in XO sauce, and I had scallop and spring onion rice sheets, and Misty had bbq pork rice sheets. Both seriously yum. I drank too much tea and my body still thinks it's only 9PM, not midnight.
We're less than a 4-hour drive from the Gracinator. Misty has butterflies and needs to sleep, and I'm sweaty, stinky, and just finished a DRAFT Tsing Tao tallboy. Yum.
I'll be asleep shortly.
